1. Check what you can send
First of all, check that what you want to send is allowed into the UK. Clothes, shoes, books, toys and household items are fine. Meat, cured meats and dairy from the European Union, on the other hand, are not allowed in, even in small amounts. Our prohibited items list helps you check quickly.
2. Pack the parcel
Use a strong cardboard box, fill the gaps and tape all the edges well. Wrap fragile items separately. You’ll find details in our packing guide.
3. Write the address correctly
For the UK, the most important thing is the postcode – for example “HA8 7AB” or “B10 0AB”. Write on the box:
- the recipient’s name;
- the recipient’s phone number;
- the full address, with house or flat number and postcode.
4. Get a price
Weigh the parcel and, if it’s large, measure it. Enter the details in the price calculator: you’ll see an estimate straight away and, if you like, how it was worked out.
5. Book the collection
Press “Book transport” in the calculator, call us or send a WhatsApp message. We’ll call to agree the day and come to collect the parcel from your address.
6. Delivery
The recipient in the UK gets a call before delivery so they can be at home. If they can’t be reached, we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery.
