How collection in Romania works
We take the full address – county, town or village, street and number – and call before we collect. For villages, please also give us the name of the commune (comună) the village belongs to, so we can find the address easily.
What to have ready
- the parcel packed and closed, with the recipient’s name and phone number written on it;
- the full UK address, including the postcode;
- a phone number we can reach you on, on collection day.
If your town isn’t listed, just ask: the list on the website isn’t complete and the route can be arranged by phone.
