How it works
- You give us the collection and delivery addresses.
- We call you to agree the collection day.
- We come to your door and pick up the parcel.
- The recipient gets a call before delivery and receives the parcel at the door.
Why the full address matters
The clearer the address, the easier it is for us to get there. In the UK, the postcode is essential. In Romanian villages, please also give the commune (comună) and a landmark.
Which services include door-to-door
Collection and delivery to the address are included with parcels from Romania to the UK, parcels from the UK to Romania and large parcels.
Items not allowed in parcels
Don’t put these in your parcel – we can’t carry them:
- Spirits
- Tobacco products
- Weapons
- Drugs
- Gold or silver items
- Cash
- Anything else prohibited by law
Transport conditions
- The sender is directly responsible for how shipments are packed and labelled; we accept no liability if they are damaged as a result.
- If a parcel is lost or damaged, the sender will be compensated with twice the transport price.
- If the value of the parcel was declared, the injured party will be compensated according to the declared value.
- If the recipient can’t be contacted, the parcel will be returned to the sender, at the sender’s cost.
MANDATORY: By handing the parcel to the courier, the sender agrees to these conditions, whether or not they have signed the transport document.
