How we work in the UK
For collections and deliveries in the UK we use the full address and postcode. The postcode helps us plan the route and confirm the day with you.
What to send us when you book
- the full address with postcode – for example “M14 5AB”;
- the name and phone number of the person handing over or receiving the parcel;
- what’s inside and roughly how much it weighs.
If your town isn’t listed, message us and we’ll confirm by phone whether we pass through your area.
