Good to know
Schedules can change. We confirm the exact day by phone when you book.
Leicester is one of the East Midlands cities where many Romanians have settled. Postcodes in the city and the county of Leicestershire start with LE: for example LE1–LE5 for Leicester, LE11 for Loughborough or LE10 for Hinckley.
The city has lots of terraced houses on narrow streets, with cars parked on both sides. If your street is hard to reach with a van, let us know and we’ll call when we’re close so you can bring the parcel to the end of the road.
Give us the house number and full postcode. If you live in a shared house, put your name on the parcel and on the doorbell.
