How to book a seat
Call or send a WhatsApp message telling us where you’re travelling from and to, your preferred date and how many people are travelling. We’ll confirm whether there are seats and the price. A booking is only confirmed once we’ve spoken on the phone.
Travel documents
To enter the UK, Romanian citizens need a valid passport or, in some cases (for example with EU Settlement Scheme status), may be able to use their national ID card. Since 2025, short visits also require an electronic travel authorisation (ETA). Rules can change, so check before you travel on GOV.UK.
Luggage
Let us know how much luggage you have when you book so we can plan. If you have more to bring, you can send it separately as a parcel.
