Good to know
Schedules can change. We confirm the exact day by phone when you book.
As well as Manchester itself, Greater Manchester includes towns such as Salford, Stockport, Oldham, Bolton and Rochdale. Manchester and Salford postcodes start with M; nearby areas use SK (Stockport), OL (Oldham and Rochdale) or BL (Bolton).
Manchester has many new blocks of flats, especially in the city centre and Salford, where access is through an intercom or reception. If you live in one, tell us in advance how to get in, so we don’t lose time at the door.
In buildings with a reception, you can leave the parcel with the concierge only if you tell us beforehand and give us the name of the person handing it over.
